Primary responsibilities for the position are as follows:

· Swear-in witnesses and serve as a Notary Public.

· Oversee each proceeding as an Officer of the Court.

· Manage exhibits and maintain custody of physical documents, when required.

· Ensure a clear and complete audio and video recording of the proceeding is created, using Prevail Legal’s multi-channel high-fidelity audio and HD video platform.

· Chronicle accurate detailed annotations of case events and terminology to serve as a guide for subsequent transcription and certification.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

· Received an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

· 4+ years of Court Reporting experience.

· Proficient in English.

· Experience using web-based applications.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Professional, reliable, and punctual.
